The GEVA cooling table can be used in instances with brass or aluminum forgings where the forging is required to cool before trimming can take place.

The Geva unloading arm will remove the forging from the bottom die and place it in a nest on the cooling table.

The nest is moved through the course of the cooling table and is cool enough to touch when a Geva load arm picks it up and places it in a trim press.

The nest plate can be
wire EDMed from the trim die profile and can be very quickly changed between jobs.

The entire cooling table can be mounted on wheels or rails so it can be easily removed for manual trimming jobs.
